For a small town, Potrero (and nearby Flamingo) has quite a few selections around town when it comes to hotels. From ocean front stays, to glamping and name brand options, you should be able to find one that suits your needs.
1. Hotel Bahia del Sol – Potrero Beach
If a beachfront boutique hotel is what you are looking for, Bahia del Sol over looking Potrero Bay is your spot! The 28 rooms are tucked into lush gardens that make you feel like you are staying in the jungle – with a beach merely steps away. The main street of Potrero is easily walkable from Bahia del Sol and provides you with restaurants, bars, markets, and shopping options.
2. Margaritaville – Playa Flamingo
While technically not in Potrero, Margaritaville sits right on the border of Flamingo and Potrero, so with a golf cart or time, you can make into Potrero (and to us) easily. In the heart of the hotel sits a big pool with a swim up bar. The beach is steps away and provides guests with white sand, blue waters and endless sunshine (so pack that sunscreen!). 3. Parti Gras - Potrero Beach
As they say, ‘where the lively spirit of New Orleans meets the tranquil bliss of a Costa Rican paradise!” Hotel Parti Gras is lively, local and a two-minute walk to Potrero Beach.
